Bebeklerde Besin Alerjisi

Besin alerjisi, pek çok kişide olabileceği gibi bebeklerde de olabilmektedir. Bebeklerde Hangi Besinlere Karşı Alerji Görülmektedir?

Bebeklerde besin alerjisi görülen en yaygın yiyecekler yumurta, çilek, bal ve sebzelerdir. Özellikle 2 yaşına kadar bu gıdalar bebeklere verilmemektedir. Uzmanların da savunduğu bu nokta, bebeklerin tuvalete çıkmasını zorlaştırmakta ya da deride döküntülere neden olabilmektedir. İnek sütü alerjisi de yine gözlenen alerjiler arasında yer almaktadır. Sindirimi zor olan inek sütü, bebeklere 1 yaşından sonra verilmektedir. İnek sütü alerjisi olan çocuk ya da bebeklerin kol ve bacak bölgelerinde yaralar meydana gelebilmektedir. Bu nedenle inek sütü de 1 yaşına kadar bebeklere kesinlikle verilmemesi gereken gıdalar arasında büyük yer tutmaktadır. Bir diğer önemli nokta ise gaz yapan karnabahar, lahana ya da brokoli gibi yiyeceklerin de 1 yaşından sonra verilmesi gerektiğidir. 

Ne Yapmak Gerekir?

Bebeklerde besin alerjisi sık karşılaşılan bir durumdur. Bu nedenle vücutta kızarıklık, döküntü, kusma ya da ishal görülebilmektedir. Bebeklere herhangi bir ilaç verilmeden gerekli testlerin yapılabilmesi için bir sağlık kuruluşuna götürülmesi gerekmektedir. Hekimlerin yapmış olduğu kontroller ve vermiş olduğu ilaçlar sonucunda düzenli kullanım sağlanmalıdır.
